This Regional Product Manager will manage life cycle for regional
product introductions under EMEA validation regulations for sample
preparation, collaborating with all business functions to ensure their

This role will have responsibility for managing sample preparation
products in EMEA in support of clinical molecular testing. As a member
of the core team, this role will interact with other departments
including R&D, Manufacturing, Service & Support, Quality Assurance,
Regulatory, Global and Regional Marketing, Customer Support and
Finance to support both research and clinical products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Partner with the R&D and product management peers to successfully
define and execute sustaining product plan
* Assigned projects may involve both internal development,
partnerships with external collaborators or 3rd parties, and
interaction with various regulatory bodies
* Partner with Product Marketing and Business Development to
incorporate regional considerations in portfolio decisions and go to
market priorities
* Ensure successful implementation of our go to market regional
plans to accomplish customer adoption
* Drive successful relationships with key customers to ensure we
understand emerging trends and successful adoption of new products
* Provide technical marketing support to sales/support teams,
training and tool development
* Collect VOC from customers and internal stakeholders to inform the
business
* Create regional test plans and protocol adoption, and coordinate
the creation of legal agreements as required
* Proactively ensure that all members of the commercial team are
engaged and trained on sample preparation products
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor**Apply on the website**;s degree or equivalent in
Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or related fields, with preference for
an advanced degree (MS or PhD), MBA preferred
* 5+ years of industry experience with product management
methodology, ideally in LDT- and IVD-regulated environments, including
successful interactions with the notified bodies in EMEA. Working
knowledge and experience of preparing for filing for upcoming IVD-R
regulations would be an advantage.
* Experience in Life Sciences, Genomics, or Pharmaceutical
industries. Experience with molecular technologies and/or qPCR is
highly desirable
* Proven track record of strong communication and influencing skills
